On April 13 my Son wedding was at Cascade Fine Catering, I can say that it is a beautiful place. The treatment given by the employees is excellent, attentive to everything. All you have to do is book the venue and send out your invitations, They take care of every detail. The food is super delicious and the service is 5 stars. Silvana is a very attentive person who has complete knowledge of what she does and her staff helped us with everything.

There is a saying “ when you find the right one you’ll know”. That is exactly what happened the first time I saw Cascade. I knew it was the place for me. The ambiance was perfect and fitting to out wedding theme” Garden Elegance”My event manager Silvana was nothing short of nice to me since our initial meeting to our last. She was exceptional. She answered every phone call I had and accommodated me however she could. The day of the wedding came and she waited on us even though her shift ended. She handed us over the Besa who treated us well. She never forget to ask me during the ceremony if I needed anything. The guest raved about the food.The food was good food from cocktail to reception. The coconut shrimp was hand down the best I have had. The bar was stocked with all type of liquid. Cascade was the best in every sense of the word.

I had my daughter’s baby shower on March 9 2024 Sylvana was a wonderful person to work with she made sure the table settings were according to the theme. Gave us enough time to decorate before the event. The food and pastries were great all the guests raved about it. I recommend Cascade I give it 5 stars

We had our wedding reception here on 12/23/23 and it was everything we expected and more TBH! Silvana was the main person we worked with and she was awesome honestly! She made everything stress free for us and decorated the Garden Room just like I wanted. I had A LOT of decor and she did an amazing job and didn't complain or stress out at all about all the decor. We also worked with Rosa a little and she was also great! The Garden Room was the perfect size for our needs! The food was so delicious! Especially the hot hor d'oeuvres we were served during cocktail hour! The bridal suite was huge and amazing! The sweet table was so good too! They definitely worked with us without any issues and we 100% recommend them for any event! They are amazing there! Thanks Silvana and Rosa for making our night perfect! P & M

We booked our wedding at Cascade two years out from our chosen date. It was the very first venue we had toured, and was set up so beautifully with Christmas decorations. The pricing was EXTREMELY affordable, compared to all the other venues we were looking at. We were originally hoping to have a fall themed wedding, but after seeing the decor they had up (and the off peak pricing) we confidently decided on a winter wedding. We saved at least $1,000 on decorations alone, due to them having their own beautiful set up for the winter season. Rosa was extremely fun to coordinate with, and we always got into contact with someone right away when we had questions leading up to the big day. Silvana was always there if we wanted to stop in for any quick looks, or any detailed questions. And on the wedding day itself she was the first one to snap a few pictures of us on her personal phone, thrilled to see our vision come to life with her help. The guests raved about everything from the service to the set up and coordination. But what people spoke of the most (including us) was the food. My husband and I are huge food lovers and melted at the first few bites of the food. We had a buffet styled dinner for our wedding for our 125 guests. Even with the refills on trays, the guests completely cleared every drop of food down to the pan. I would love to relive our wedding day for a variety of reasons, but the food is one of the biggest memories. The staff took care of my husband and I the entire night, grabbing our food and drinks for us all night. The blonde bartender with the glasses (I wish I caught her name), literally sent me away from waiting at the bar and risked her life to bring me my drink in the middle of a very chaotic dance floor. I have so many good memories from our day, but I truly don't thank many of them would have been possible without all their help. No matter the season, I seriously recommend using them for your venue for any occasion. I plan to go to as many of their future public events just for the sake of seeing Rosa & Silvana again AND of course - the food.
